Terms and Conditions

The customer will be charged a half month pro-rate access fee after the 15th of the initial month
- A one month discount will be given to the customer if they pay annually
- The customer will be charged for the loss of a rental pager and for repair or replacement if the pager is subject to damage
- Telecom is responsible for all normal equipment failures of rental pagers
- All rental pagers require a $30 refundable deposit and remain the property of Telecom
- All customers turned off due to non-payment must pay a $30 reactivation fee
- All pagers sold have a 3-month warranty. Warranty is void in case of negligence or water damage
